Lead Time
Our current lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks per phase of the design process, depending on our production schedule and supplier lead times. If you're developing a full collection from concept to completion, we recommend initiating the process at least one year in advance of your intended launch date.

PRODUCTION
SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION (MORE THAN 10 AND UNDER 100 UNITS PER STYLE)
We offer small-batch production services designed to help emerging brands and entrepreneurs bring their apparel products to life. Our team works with both knit and woven fabrics and specializes in a variety of styles, from ready-to-wear apparel to functional garments. We focus on garments made from mid-weight fabrics, and do not work with delicate materials (such as silk or lace) nor heavy-duty materials (such as heavy denim or leather.)
Lead Time
Our current production lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on our internal schedule and supplier lead times. To begin production, we require a 50% deposit and all necessary materials to be delivered to Sew Valley.
