DRAPING

DRAPING 101

Four-Week Session
Saturdays, July 13th through August 3rd
10:00am - 2:00pm

$495

Instructor: Grace Meacham

Draping is the 3D form of pattern making and the process permits free and accurate expression of ideas. Material is draped and manipulated on the form and is then trued and transferred to a flat pattern. This is why we suggest taking both draping and pattern making together. In this first 4-week intensive course, you will learn how to take the 3D form and transfer it into a 2-dimensional flat pattern for a skirt and bodice top.
